How far in advance should I book?

For standard bookings, 48 hours notice is recommended. However, we maintain buffer capacity for last-minute needs and can often accommodate same-day requests for executive sedans. For specific vehicle models or multiple vehicles, earlier booking ensures availability.

What are your delivery and collection options?

We provide complimentary delivery and collection throughout Central London (Zones 1-2). For locations outside this area, delivery is available at £0.45 per mile from our Mayfair office. Airport delivery is available at flat rates.

Can I modify my booking after confirmation?

Absolutely. Changes to dates, times, or vehicle selection can be made up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup at no charge. Contact our concierge team via email or phone to arrange modifications.

What insurance is included?

All rentals include comprehensive insurance covering business use, unlimited mileage, and damage/theft protection. Standard excess is £500, with zero excess options available. Additional named drivers can be added at no charge.

Do you offer corporate accounts?

Yes. Corporate accounts include simplified billing, dedicated account management, priority vehicle access, and flexible terms. Email [email protected] to discuss your requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% charge. No-shows are charged at full rate.
