In 2013, our founder James Hartley found himself stranded at Heathrow with a confirmed reservation that didn't exist. The rental company offered a vehicle three categories below what he'd booked, just hours before a crucial client meeting.
That experience—frustrating but far from unique—sparked a question: why did premium car rental feel like such a gamble?
